Happy Valley is the BEST! Several other AC companies came out but it was Happy Valley that correctly diagnosed the issue and installed a new AC unit. Joe and Kayin are the absolute best at what they do! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and worked diligently to get the unit installed. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and Joe was very patient in showing me all aspects of the thermostat (setting timers, etc.). I can't say enough good things about Joe and Kayin and have found my AC company going forward. Thank you Happy Valley!!

Frisco was our tech and he was AMAZING! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! He took photos of everything and explained all our options in detail! while reviewing the photos with us. I highly recommend Happy Valley Air Conditioning LLC, and if you have an option for your repair tech ask for Frisco! I’m serious… i wanted to give him more than 5 stars!!

We have nothing but good things to say about this company. Recently Joe and his helper installed a new AC unit in our home they were quick and very informative kept us aware of what they were doing and how long it would take. It was installed in less time then estimated which was amazing for us especially living in Arizona.

Diagnosed and fixed our clogged condensation line, handled other maintenance, waited to ensure system was working and cooling properly in about an hour! Repair was scheduled next day.

Frisco saved us. Renting sucks and having already had another company not even bother to look at the whole system and weeks of broken a/c. He finally figured out the problem! He was thorough, personable, and professional and really cared about getting it fixed. I can't believe there are companies out there that leave things broken and so wrong without a care. My ac went out in August- it was 109 degrees. I also have 3 children. I called on a Friday evening after 5pm and I got an answer! They got me an appointment for the next day. The gm CJ was very communicative and responsive. Even though the weather was showing signs of a storm, Frisco showed up and he was professional and pleasant.
